Do not size up! I did thinking we would get 2 years out of it, but it's so big that we will probably get 3 - with this year being noticeably oversized. They're pajamas though so it's ok. The material is lightweight & soft. The applique is super cute! My girl is roughly 45lbs & 46 inches tall. I should've stuck with her normal size 6. Thumbs up my review if it helped you!
