Where is Marie Nicole Clothing located?

We're located in Middle Tennessee! We ship all of our orders from our company warehouse in Gallatin, Tennessee. You can also select local pickup if you live in our area.

Orders & Order Information

How fast do we ship your orders?

We ship orders out of our warehouse in Middle Tennessee typically in 1-3 business days. Actual delivery times depend entirely on the carriers.

Where is my order?

After you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email, and then another email with your tracking number after it has been shipped. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder and add us as a contact list to ensure you don’t miss out on any important messages regarding your order(s).

Can I return clearance (Sale) items?

All clearance items (ending in .95) are final sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Learn more about our return policy here.

Where’s my refund?

If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Do you price match?

No, unfortunately, we do not. We also do not retroactively apply discount codes to orders that have already been placed.

How do I know what sales are going on?

For the most recent sales announcements make sure you follow us on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and sign up for our email list and for text alerts as well.

Inventory & Restocks

Do you ever restock some of your items?

Typically we do NOT restock our seasonal items. We do have a few MNC x BASICS items that we will continually restock to meet demand, but rarely do we restock items. So, if you see it in your size, you want to purchase it right then!

Do you have a rewards/loyalty program?

Do my MNC Perks points expire?

No, they currently do not expire. Should there ever be a change to this policy, it will be adequately communicated to you. 

How do I use MNC Perks?

Sign into your MNC Perks account and click “checkout.” There will be two boxes, points rewards discount and discount code box. 

If the Shop Pay box pops up, you can X out of the box and then continue to your checkout screen.

On Mobile/Phone:

Click the down arrow next to the Perks points box to select the amount you want to use. Then click the MNC pink arrow next to the MNC points box to apply to your order. You will see your total update with your discount and then checkout.

On Desktop:

Click the sliding scale next to the MNC Perks points to select the amount you want to use.Then click the MNC pink arrow next to the MNC points box to apply to your order. You will see your total update with your discount. Clickcheck out.
