This one is absolutely adorable! Shorts run a size to a size and half large (this is with adjustable waist band). I was aware that these usually run big so sized down. The only problem is the shirt doesn’t run as large as the shorts. I think the 12-18 month I ordered will be close to 2T, but just a tiny bit short. Overall size down one size but be aware the shirt may be a bit shorter
