Wholesale Cancel, Exchange & Return Orders
Cancel / Exchange Orders:

Need to cancel an order? Please contact us within 6 hours after placing the order. We try to ship orders out quickly, so there is a possibility we will not be able to edit your order, but we will do our best.

We do not offer exchanges. We are happy to cancel an order.
Return Orders:

All Items are only eligible for return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return or sooner. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed and received.

Customized apparel is non-returnable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All wholesale orders will have a 15% restocking fee charged on your return unless the item is damaged.
Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be reported within 15 days after the item was received.
