Marie Nicole Clothing Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Marie Nicole Clothing!

We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot issue refunds. 

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require your number provided inside the package.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Holiday items cannot be refunded within two weeks of the holiday. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will exchange items at no cost to you if the item is damaged or defective. If you would like to exchange an item because of fit, we will provide a shipping label to you to send back the items. If you are exchanging an item, we will offer store credit for the purchase amount.


Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance Items
  • Holiday Items (cannot be returned within two weeks of the holiday)

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within five business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item if you did not purchase Shipping Insurance from MNC.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If an item is marked return to sender and we have to pay the postage, it will be deducted from your refund.

Canceling & Editing Orders

  • We do our best to ship orders quickly, often within 24 hours! If you want to cancel your order, please email us at If your order has already shipped in under 24 hours, we will send you a return label and then refund you once we receive the package back. 
  • We cannot edit your order 2 business hours after it has been placed. Our customer care team operates between 8:30 AM and 5 PM central standard time. If you place order after those hours, you will have until 10 AM the next day to edit your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but may not be able to if the order has already been fulfilled in our warehouse.
