I have reached out regarding an issue with one of the dresses I had purchased. When someone spend hundreds on a purchase, or if they had spent a dollar, I would hope to receive a response when reached out to.
As stated in my attempts to reach out; the blue floral dress with an apron has three bottoms that come attached to support the apron. One of the buttons were not attached and the apron hangs in the front.
Initially, we just hoped to have a button sent out or an exchange. At this point I’d just like my money back if I could please receive a response. There has been quite a bit of time since I have ordered and emailed.
