I got the 3XL size which has a good amount of stretch. I wear a 3x-4x clothing normally. I'm 5'5 and 280lbs, with a 42C bust. The 3xl fit well, I will accessorize with a belt probably. The material in incredibly soft and washes well. Would recommend to match your little.
