It is a great lightweight summer dress. It does run big. My daughter wears and 18 months and I bought an xxs but even then I needed to tack up the straps to keep them from fall down. But better a little big than too small!

Bought two different sizes for cousins to match. Both were sized as expected (which is a little big) so size down if you don't want it falling off. The material is very thin and lightweight and the smocking is soft. The flutter sleeve is precious. The girls are going to look adorable.
