What sizes do you carry?

Kids' styles run from baby sizes through big kid sizes, and Mom & Me styles come in women's sizes. Sizes vary by style, so check each product page for the size chart and model measurements.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock items ship from Gallatin, TN within 1–3 business days, and US orders usually arrive 2–8 days after shipping. US orders over $99 (before tax, after discounts) ship free via USPS Priority Mail or UPS SurePost. For holiday outfits, please order at least two weeks before the holiday.

Can I return new arrivals?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Holiday items bought within two weeks of that holiday, sale items priced ending in .95, and gift cards can't be returned. See our full return policy for details.
