This Happy Birthday Dress is simply adorable with the cold-shoulder look and bright colors. I wish they had more sizes; They were out of the next size up and I ended up buying the size that will fit NOW but I need it to fit in May - Fingers crossed our lil gal is a slow grower for the next few months…

Don't be afraid to size down! My daughter normally wears a size 7, but I sized down to a 4 so she could wear this as a top instead of a dress & it's a perfect fit. She'll be wearing this to all the birthday parties this year & maybe even next year too!
She's currently 48 inches tall & 51lbs.
